Academy Mission

The JLM Music Academy is a mobile business that provides in-home private instruction with a comprehensive music education environment for both children and adults. It is my goal to enrich the lives of the students and their families through musical experiences and opportunities that reach beyond the scope and capability of our local school programs. The goal of the academy is to deliver the joy, knowledge, and lifelong enrichment that all music students, regardless of their age and/or future career choices, may experience through music in their lives. As your private music instructor, I feel that your preparation will be achieved through the development of appreciation for all music genres, providing musical challenges, and education in music history, theory, and performance practices.
